Im finding that I message a lot about help I need with particular accounts. The email replies are overloading my emails and get missed in the midst of all the other emails I get. Even when I do see them, there so many Vendasta emails for other things, such as billing, updates, invoicing, etc... and the titles of the emails don't usually have the name of the account in question. I find that most Vnedasta emails kinda blend into eachother. And when Im expecting a reply to respond to a client having issues, it causes me trouble to sort through my emails and find the email chain related to the problem we're solving. Is it possible that on each accoun you have with Vendasta, we could have a messaging box that goes directly to Vendasta support and/or the relevant vendors? That way we can just go to Vendasta notifications and see from there if there are updates, or the specific account needing help. Thanks!
