The platform is an all-in-one digital platform that offers single login to manage the entire digital scope. However, in every organization there are still other sources (i.e. ERP-Systems or in our case a Hotel Management System) that produces some KPI, Statistics, Insights etc.) Currently, there is a disruption because of those disparate applications. Therefore, we would need an API to be able to feed 3rd party KPI, insights, and statistics into the Executive Summary and with this, also the Multi Location Dashboard.

It would be very beneficial to add eMail alerts that will work with. thresholds and alert when those are reached or any significant anomaly is being detected. When a customer is losing 20%+ of its website traffic and doesn't constantly look at the executive summary, especially in the weekly mode, they won't necessary see the anomaly. When switching to custom date range, website traffic will not be shown. In this case, the customer did not see they have lost 25% of traffic overnight. This is where an immediate alert eMail notification would be needed.
